Investors
Concord Capital offers investors the opportunity to participate in our various investment programs with transparent exit startegies. Currently, Concord Capital is targeting the acquisition of loans secured by commercial and residential real estate and REO properties.
Investment Program
Loan Aquisitions
Concord Capital actively acquires loans from a variety of sources (including the FDIC, commercial banks, insurance companies, and CMBS/MBS servicers). By targeting loans that are generally secured by first position liens on commercial and residential properties and through implementing a stringent due diligence process to assess the quality of each borrower and collateral property, Concord is able to focus on opportunities that offer the potential for strong risk adjusted returns.
Presently we have been successful in buying non performing notes on a case by case basis as this allows CCNY to secure the title to the property while structuring an agreement with the borrowers to help them get rid of their financial restraints. Exit strategies include holding the loan and giving a principal reduction, modifying the interest rate or deed in lieu of foreclosure etc.

REO Property Acquisitions
Concord Capital is pursuing the acquisition of individual and bulk real estate owned (REO) properties from multiple sources (including commercial banks, mortgage lenders, and government entities). In order to generate attractive returns on investment and to mitigate risk levels, Concord is targeting select income producing properties that can be acquired at prices substantially below current and projected market values.
